Website Pricing: Packages Starting at 400 EUR
An IMCode landing page starts at 400 EUR, a presentation website of up to 5 pages at 600 EUR and an extended website of up to 8 pages at 800 EUR. The domain and hosting are paid separately, and the project is paid in two instalments of 50% and 50%.

Delivery times are estimates in working days. They start when we receive the advance.
“From” is the price of the package when your brief fits the scope listed for it. It does not mean every project can be done at the lowest price. If the brief is bigger, for example more pages, a third language or features outside the package, we say so in the quote before you pay the advance, and you decide.

Included in every package
These apply to all three packages in the same way:

What is paid separately
- Domain: you buy it, and we help with the setup.
- Hosting: we recommend Hosterion, from about 4 EUR/month.
- Extra work after the 14 days of free fixes or outside the brief: 50 EUR/hour.
- A third language, more pages than the package allows, or features outside the package: quoted before you pay the advance.
Legal pages (terms, privacy, cookies) do not count toward the page limit. No VAT is added to any price: IMCREATIVE S.R.L. is not a VAT payer.
How payment works
You pay 50% when the project is confirmed and 50% before launch. Work starts when the advance is received. For businesses the advance is not refundable. Consumers keep their legal rights: if a consumer withdraws, we keep only the value of the work already done. There is no monthly fee to IMCode and no mandatory maintenance plan. Ongoing maintenance is not included, so changes are billed by the hour.
What is not included
A CMS or admin panel, ongoing maintenance and online stores are not part of the packages. If you need them, IMCreative quotes them separately.
Pricing questions
How much does a 5-page website cost?
A presentation website of up to 5 commercial pages starts at 600 EUR and is estimated at 5–10 working days. Hosting (about 4 EUR/month with Hosterion) and the domain are separate.
What do I get for 400 to 800 EUR?
A finished static website with the texts and translations written by us: one page, up to 5 or up to 8, depending on the package. All of them have up to two languages, light and dark mode, 3 feedback rounds, 14 days of free fixes after launch, analytics setup and a short handbook.
Can I have two languages without paying for two websites?
Yes. Up to two languages are included in every package. Each language has its own URL on the same site.
Is a 400 EUR landing page realistic if I need conversion tracking and a contact form?
The package includes Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. A contact form is listed in the presentation website package; for a landing page, say in the brief that you want one. Anything beyond the listed scope, such as extra tags or special form logic, is checked in the brief and quoted before you pay the advance.
Do I pay a monthly fee?
Not to us. You pay for hosting and the domain. Ongoing maintenance is not included, and changes after the first 14 days are 50 EUR/hour.
