What we build

We design and build fast presentation websites and landing pages, write their texts and translations, and hand over a finished site. The packages are:

• Landing page, from 400 EUR: one page with one goal (offer, projects and contact). Delivery in 3–5 working days.
• Presentation website, from 600 EUR: up to 5 commercial pages, SEO structure and a contact form. Delivery in 5–10 working days.
• Extended website, from 800 EUR: up to 8 commercial pages and more elaborate interactions, within the brief. Delivery in 7–14 working days.

Every package includes up to two languages, light and dark mode, 3 feedback rounds, support for Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 for EU sites, and a short guide. Legal pages are counted separately from the commercial pages. The prices are starting prices: the final price depends on the brief and is confirmed in the quote.

How we use AI

We use AI to write and build faster. A person checks every page before launch. The client reviews the result and confirms the facts about the business before the site is handed over. We do not present AI output as verified fact: the client is responsible for the accuracy of the information about their own business.

We do not promise rankings in search engines, citations in AI assistants, traffic or sales. We build the site so that search engines and AI crawlers can read it.

How the project runs

The project has four steps: brief, build, review and launch.

• Brief: the client sends a short description of their services and company, real photos if they have them, their domain details, the company data for the legal pages, and access, by role, to their Google accounts for Search Console and Analytics. We never ask for passwords.
• Build: after the project is confirmed and the advance is received, we write the texts and translations and build the site. The delivery times above are in working days and count from the day we receive the advance.
• Review: the client has 3 feedback rounds. A round is one message with all the changes the client wants. We apply each round before the next one starts.
• Launch: after the final payment we publish the site and hand it over with a short guide.

If the client is late with materials, answers or feedback, the delivery time is extended by the same delay.

Prices and payment

The client pays 50% as an advance when the project is confirmed and 50% before the launch. Work starts when the advance is received. For consumers it also needs the express request described in the section for consumers below.

Businesses (companies, and sole traders or freelancers who order for their activity): the advance is not refundable. If the client stops the project after work has started, the advance stays with us. If the work already done is worth more than the advance, the client pays the difference.

Consumers: the advance is not kept as a penalty. We keep only the value of the work done, as explained in the section for consumers below.

To value the work done we split the price into stages: brief and structure 15%, approved design 35%, build 35%, testing and launch 15%. A stage in progress is counted in proportion to the work done in it.

No VAT is added to any price: IMCREATIVE S.R.L. is not a VAT payer.

If you are a consumer

A consumer is a person who buys for purposes outside their trade or profession. A company, or a person who orders for their business, is not a consumer. When you order, you tell us which one you are. These terms do not limit the rights that Romanian consumer law gives you.

• Withdrawal: you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day we confirm it, without giving a reason, by sending us a clear statement, for example an email to office@imcreative.ro. The model form below is optional.
• Before work starts, we send you by email the contract confirmation, these terms, the stage plan with percentages and the withdrawal form. We start work only after the advance is received and you have replied by email with this request: “I ask you to start the service now and I know that, if I withdraw, I pay an amount proportional to what has been done until then, and that I lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.”
• If you withdraw after work has started, we return everything you paid within 14 days of learning about the withdrawal, minus an amount proportional to the work done until then. We calculate it from the stage plan and the agreed price, and we send you a written report of the work done.
• If work started without your express request, you owe nothing for the work done during the 14 days.
• If we have fully performed the service at your express request, and you confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal once it is fully performed, you can no longer withdraw.
• After the 14 days you can still stop the project. You pay for the stages done and for the stage in progress in proportion to the work done in it. We charge no penalty, and we return the rest of the advance within 14 days.
• If the site matches the approved brief and design, not liking it is not a reason for a refund. The 3 feedback rounds are meant for changes, and a defect against the brief is fixed at no cost.

Model withdrawal form: “To IMCREATIVE S.R.L., office@imcreative.ro. I inform you that I withdraw from the contract for the following service: [service], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”

Complaints: write to us first at office@imcreative.ro. You can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC, or use the alternative dispute resolution platform, reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

What the client provides

• Accurate information about the business and answers to our questions within a reasonable time.
• The right to use every text, photo, logo and other material they send us. We do not check the rights to client materials.
• Access, by role, to the accounts needed for the project. The Google accounts always remain the client’s.

Fix period and extra work

For 14 days after launch we fix defects against the agreed brief at no cost. New design, new content or a new feature is not a defect. Extra work is charged at 50 EUR per hour, with no VAT added.

What is not included

• A CMS or admin panel. IMCode websites are static; changes are made by us. IMCreative quotes CMS projects and online stores separately.
• Ongoing maintenance, updates or monitoring after the 14-day fix period.
• Hosting and the domain. These are separate and paid by the client to the provider they choose. We recommend Hosterion, from about 4 EUR per month, and help with the setup. The client buys the domain.
• More than two languages per site.

Ownership and portfolio

After the client has paid the full price, the website made for the project belongs to the client: the texts, the design and the code written for it. The client receives the source files of the finished site.

We keep the right to reuse our own generic tools, templates and components. Third-party components, fonts and images stay under their own licences.

We may show the finished project in our portfolio, with its name and screenshots, unless the client tells us in writing before the launch that we may not.

Liability

Our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount the client paid for it. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, for example for intent or gross negligence, and it does not reduce the rights of consumers.

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, traffic or sales. Third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, Google, WhatsApp) have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to settle any disagreement in talks first. If that does not work, the competent Romanian courts decide.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. A project follows the terms accepted when its quote was accepted.
