How we work

Our Website Development and Delivery Process

The IMCode process covers defining the requirements, development assisted by AI, human review and the agreed revisions. Every project includes 3 feedback rounds and 14 days of free fixes for defects against the brief.

The steps

  1. 01Brief and quote
  2. 02Confirmation and advance
  3. 03Build
  4. 04Review
  5. 05Final payment and launch
  6. 06After launch

Brief and quote

You send, we reply

You tell us what the site should do, how many pages you need, which languages, and what materials you already have. We reply with a quote that says which package fits and what the price and delivery time are.

Confirmation and advance

50% upfront

When you confirm the project you pay 50% as an advance. Work starts when the advance is received, and the delivery time counts from that day. Consumers also send a written request to start immediately (see the terms).

Build

AI-assisted, checked by a person

We write the texts and translations and build the site with AI. A person checks every page. We contact you if a fact in the brief needs confirming.

Review

3 feedback rounds

You review the site and send your changes. A round is one message with everything you want changed. We apply it before the next round starts.

Final payment and launch

50% before launch

After the final payment we publish the site on your hosting and domain and hand it over with a short handbook. The site belongs to you after full payment.

After launch

14 days

For 14 days we fix defects against the brief at no cost. After that, changes are 50 EUR/hour. Ongoing maintenance is not included.

What you need to prepare

  • A short description of your services and company.
  • Real photos of your business, if you have them.
  • Your domain name, or the registrar where you will buy it.
  • Access to your Google accounts, by role, for Search Console and Analytics.
  • The company details for the legal pages.

We never ask for passwords. Access to Google accounts is given by role, and the accounts stay yours.

When the clock starts and how long it takes

PackageEstimated delivery
Landing page3–5 working days
Presentation website5–10 working days
Extended website7–14 working days

The clock starts when we receive the advance. The times are estimates in working days. If you are late with materials, answers or feedback, the delivery time is extended by the same delay.

Feedback rounds, defects and new requirements

A feedback round is one message with all the changes you want. We apply it, then the next round can start. You have 3.

A defect against the brief

  • Something that does not match what was agreed in the brief.
  • A mistake in a text we wrote, a broken link, or a page that does not work.
  • We fix it at no cost in the 14 days after launch.

A new requirement

  • A page, section, feature or design that was not in the brief.
  • A change of direction after you approved something.
  • It is extra work, billed at 50 EUR/hour.

Payment terms and refunds

The advance is 50%, the rest is paid before launch. In short, the terms and conditions say:

  • Businesses: the advance is not refundable. If you stop the project after work has started, the advance stays with us.
  • Consumers: the advance is not kept as a penalty. You can withdraw within 14 days, and we keep only the amount that matches the work already done.
  • If the site matches the approved brief, not liking it is not a ground for a refund. The 3 feedback rounds exist for changes.

Before you pay, you can check who we are on the about page, and see two live sites on the projects page.

Questions about the process

If I send you the texts and photos, can the site be ready in two weeks?

A landing page is estimated at 3–5 working days and a presentation website at 5–10, which fits two weeks if you send the materials and answer quickly. An extended website is estimated at 7–14 working days, which can be longer than two calendar weeks. The time is counted from the day the advance arrives.

Who pays for the domain, and who fixes an error after launch?

You buy the domain and pay for hosting. We fix defects against the brief for 14 days after launch at no cost. After that, changes are 50 EUR/hour.

Do I need monthly maintenance?

There is no admin panel and no mandatory plan. Ongoing maintenance is not included. When you want a change, we make it and bill it by the hour.

What happens if I am late with the materials?

The delivery time is extended by the same delay.

If I pay 50% upfront and do not like the first version, what can I do?

You have 3 feedback rounds to change the site. Consumers can also withdraw within 14 days and pay only for the work already done. Businesses cannot get the advance back. The full text is in the terms.

Who is responsible if the AI makes a mistake?

We are responsible for delivering what the brief describes. A person checks every page before launch, you review it and confirm the facts about your business, and defects against the brief are fixed at no cost for 14 days after launch. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project, as the terms say.
